At Real Madrid Sale, we want every fan to wear their colors with pride; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the official merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the items remain in mint condition during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
